You will not be held accountable or charged for product that we cannot deliver. If items are discontinued or won't be available for many weeks, we may at our discretion send you what is available to ship from your order and close out the remainder of the order.

Refund Policy for skateboarding items: Full refunds will be given for defective goods or incorrectly shipped goods. (Don't be alarmed, defective goods are very rare) If you receive defective or incorrectly shipped goods, you must notify TNAskateshop.com of the problem, within 10 business days. After being notified, TNAskateshop.com will arrange for the goods to be shipped back. Be sure to keep original packaging materials as this will make it easier for you to repackage the goods. When TNAskateshop.com receives the defective goods back, your credit card will receive a full refund. Please inspect the shipment carefully before using the goods, as using the goods means that you have inspected the goods and found there to be no problems and will void any chance of refund. All other sales are final.

Refund Policy for Cooler Scooters: All Cooler Scooter sales are final with no returns and no refunds. If a Cooler Scooter is received defective or damaged, the manufacturer is to be contacted directly for repair or replacement parts. Contact information is located on the Cooler Scooter's box and the owner's manual. Cooler Scooters are covered under a 120 day Manufacturer's General Warranty and 6 month Manufacturer's Battery Warranty.
