Orders are usually shipped on the SAME DAY if ordered before 3:00PM EASTERN or 12:00PM PACIFIC TIME, Monday-Friday.

FedEx GROUND transit times can be calculated by matching your "ship to" location with the proper region on the FedEx map below. The days of transit are FedEx business days only (Monday-Friday) and do not include weekends and national holidays.

The Cooler Scooters, Coolagons, and seats ship in full color boxes with pictures of the product all over the boxes, so if you intend for the product to be a surprise gift, please have it sent to a location that the intended recipient will not discover the delivery.
